Teaching Martial Arts in Norwich and SOuth Norfolk

Master Vince started his career in Martial Arts in 1979 at Ipswich Martial Arts Centre. He achieved his Black Belt in August 1982 and has gained many national and international honours representing both England and Great Britain at 19 international events as well as his individual achievements.

Master Vince devotes much of his time to running the Black Belt Academy and teaching many classes himself as well as being aided by a growing band of qualified instructors. He is interested in exploring many facets of personal development including alternative therapies such as kinesiology and relaxation techniques. He has developed programmes such as;
