Our congratulations again go out to Jack Wright who on Sunday became East of England Kumite Points Champion at a tournament in Ipswich.

Jack faught of stiff competition from seasoned England internationals to take his crown for the first time.

Well done also to Tom Vince who won Bronze in the points fitghting and Bronze in the Kata sections.

Lets celebrate these success's and look forward to the next.
