Fitness Testing
How is your fitness progressing?
Here is a great opportunity to see how your martial arts training is benefiting your health and fitness. Along with your cardio capability the testing looks at your lung capacity, blood pressure, flexibility, body fat, water content, weight, strength, resting and active heart rate plus others. When your test is complete a report will be drawn up to help you understand what was tested and advice on how you can improve in time for the next test in six months.
