The following therapies will be available for taster sessions, just turn up on the day and decide. For academy members there will be a discount, so it will on cost £3 per session, non academy members £7.
Kerry Kwiatkowska DipCHSVA is a qualified and insured Crystal Healer and Reiki Master/Teacher and is registered with ACHO. 
Kerry believes that we all benefit from healing on some level of our being and takes a compassionate and respectful approach to her workCrystal Healing is a gentle, yet effective therapy which utilises the vibrational energies of gemstones to clear and balance the body’s energy system; enabling the release of emotions, blockages and stagnant energies, which cause dis-ease; leaving the recipient feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed. Reiki aids the body’s natural ability to heal itself by gently restoring the whole person to a state of balance and harmony using channelled ‘Universal Energy’; which is drawn through the healer to the recipient, to suit their own individual needs and can be practised using a ‘hands on’ technique, or with hands just above the body, in the auric field. 
Louisa Turner, a qualified physiotherapist, has been training in Rosen Method Bodywork for 5 years. She offers this treatment as a Rosen intern practitioner. Rosen Method Bodywork has a gentle hands-on approach, working directly with muscle tension. The safe and respectful touch that practitioners develop helps to release deeply held muscle tension whilst facilitating a deepening awareness and insight into how stress and hard tense muscles have prevented us from experiencing our feelings and from living our lives to the full.

Kevin Silvester - I practice Reiki Energy Healing in the Usui System. I am a Reiki Master, which means I can attune people myself to any level of Reiki. I also practice Indian Head Massage, which is an ayurvedic practice involving the gentle manipulation of the back, neck and scalp. This combines beautifully to provide a Holistic Therapy to suit any age or ethnic origin.
Sebastian Deans is a graduate from the Norwich Shiatsu College, and is a fully qualified Practitioner and Teacher of Reiki.  Sebastian takes a gentle yet focused approach to Healing and Therapy work, practising compassion and care; an open Mind and an open Heart. Zen Shiatsu uses deep but sensitive pressure alongside holding; action and stillness, to relax body and mind, re-aligning and restoring energy, easing tension, improving posture, breathing, circulation and strengthening Well-being. Reiki, commonly translated as 'Universal life-force' is a very gentle form of healing involving an almost weightless laying on of hands, the practitioner is a channel which the energy is drawn through by the need or imbalance in the recipient, who relaxes into a natural healing state.  Reiki can benefit  the receiver on all levels; from physical, emotional and mental through to many subtler, spiritual realms.
Vajralila - Auricular acupuncture is a holistic therapy in which points on the outer ears are treated using needles. This therapy treats the whole body as the ear is a microsystem and it works by moving stagnant or blocked Qi (energy). Asher Snaith MRSS, Zen Shiatsu Practitioner - Shiatsu is deeply relaxing form of energy-based holistic bodywork, ideal for preventative health care and treating any stress related health issue.  Relaxed comfortable pressure is applied to energy pathways and points throughout the body along with gentle rotations and stretches, to rebalance, harmonise and restore smooth functioning to all systems.
Kimberley Carpenter - Reflexology is a deeply relaxing yet powerful treatment, using a map of the body held within the feet. Stimulating the reflex points allows the body to heal itself from within. Each taster session will be tailored to each individuals needs.
Melanie Purdy is a qualified practitioner ofIndian Head Massage, offering the opportunity to experience tranquillity and inner peace - a little time out just for you. Indian Head Massage improves blood circulation to head, neck and shoulders, relieving mental fatigue, stimulates lymphatic drainage, breaks down knots and eases muscles, loosens the scalp to promote hair growth, improves skin tone and hair condition, helps ease tiredness, anxiety and stress and restores energy flow in the body.
ZaraIrvine is a qualified & insured practitioner registered with The Massage Training Institute UK. She practises at Elements of Health on Bethel Street and at The Norfolk Health & Racquets Club. Thai Yoga Massage is also known as ‘lazy man’s yoga’, this bodywork therapy incorporates reflexology, acupressure massage and guided yoga postures to suit each individual. It brings absolute calm, a lightness, more energy & vitality. It relieves back & neck aches, shoulder pain, tired legs, headaches, insomnia, stress, emotional upset and mental fatigue. Tanya Brandish - Holistic Massage - A nourishing and affirming touch therapy which uses a variety of techniques to knead and stretch the soft tissues of the body. Can be deeply relaxing or invigorating, helping to ground and balance you and ease away tensions.

Spiritual Healing - A natural therapy in which the healer channels energies to re-energise the patient, promoting vibrant health and harmony. It's often extremely helpful with speeding recovery from illness or surgery and complements all other therapies.
 
Bethany Mobbs - Acupressure Massage is based on a traditional Japanese massage called Amma, the recipient remains fully clothed and sits on a specially designed chair. The massage is applied to the back, neck, arms, hands and head. We do not use oils so the massage can take place anytime anywhere. Acupressure is a relaxing and energising massage.
