CORONAVIRUS UPDATE FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS:
Last updated: 27th November 2020
We are very pleased to announce that we will reopen our doors for training to ALL students on Wednesday 2nd December.
It is very important that we all continue to keep each other safe from Coronavirus as we head into the winter months.
Please DO NOT attend a class if you are experiencing symptoms of Coronavirus or have been told to self-isolate by the NHS Test and Trace System.
Classes must be booked in advance using our online booking system to ensure that the maximum capacity of each class is not exceeded.
Please do not book more than two classes (in each style) in advance. This gives everyone an opportunity to train and enjoy classes again.
The class booking system will update for the week ahead every Saturday after 5pm.
Class Arrival and Exit
When you arrive for a class you must wait outside and socially distance yourself from other students who are not a part of your household or support bubble.
Your temperature will be checked before entry and you must sanitise your hands when you enter the Dojo.
Students over 12 years (and parents) must wear a mask when arriving and leaving the Dojo. You do not need to wear a mask for classes.
Please refrain from bringing large kit bags to class. The kitchen and changing facilities remain closed to students - we apologise for any inconvenience.
Christmas Shutdown Period
Due to an extended shut down period this year we will not be closing for 2 full weeks at Christmas, instead we will have a 'staggered break'.
The last training day before Christmas will be Tuesday 22nd December.
We will have classes in Norwich on Monday 28th, Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th December.
Classes will resume in all locations on Monday 4th January 2021.
The festive period classes must be booked in advance using our online booking system.
Black Belt Prep Classes
Prep classes will resume on Saturday 5th December but will be divided into two groups.
Anyone grading for 2nd Dan or higher must attend 'Prep 1'. For those grading for 1st Dan, please attend 'Prep 2'. You must book into a prep class online.
Thank you for your co-operation and continued support.
